DUBAI is gearing up for one of the most glamorous weekends of the year as the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) returns for its 13th edition.
Recognised as one of the most prestigious celebrations of South Indian cinema, SIIMA continues to stand out as the only platform that has consistently honoured the industry while taking its magic beyond borders.

This year’s edition will once again transform Dubai into a glittering hub of cinema, music, and culture. Taking place on 5 and 6 September at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City, SIIMA 2025 promises two nights of world-class entertainment, star-studded appearances, and unforgettable performances.

On the opening night, 5 September, the spotlight will shine on the Telugu and Kannada film industries, while the second night, 6 September, will celebrate the Tamil and Malayalam industries. From grand tributes to breathtaking dance acts, SIIMA 2025 is designed to thrill audiences with non-stop glamour and celebration.
Who will attend?
SIIMA 2025 is set to welcome some of the biggest icons of South Indian cinema. The confirmed guest list includes Kamal Haasan, Allu Arjun, Sivakarthikeyan, Prithviraj, Dulquer Salmaan, Karthi, Rashmika Mandanna, Trisha, Unni Mukundan, Upendra, Duniya Vijay, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Aashika Ranganath, Parvathi Thiruvothu, Teja Sajja, and many more stars.
Alongside the awards presentations, fans can expect dazzling live acts by leading performers including Shruti Haasan, Shriya Saran, Vedika, Shilpa Rao, Urvashi Rautela, Saniya Iyappan, Amritha Iyengar, and the B-Unique Crew Dance Troupe. Each act has been specially curated to make the stage come alive with grandeur.

Actress and performer Shruti Haasan, who will headline a live act this year, also expressed her excitement: “SIIMA has always been special to me because it is more than just an award ceremony — it is a grand festival of cinema where we come together as one family. I am excited to be back in Dubai, performing for fans who make this journey truly magical.”
